Yep - he knows he shouldn't drink anyway, but knowing they bring on the headaches, it's stupid - most of you guys would kill to have such a simple solution. He split with ex + kids 4 years ago, and tho' we see the kids, the hell the ex puts him through can make him reach for the bottle - he knows he runs the risk of ch's but drinks to kill the immediate pain in his heart! A week later he vows never to do it again....but 6 months on....vicious circle. I just thought maybe alcohol was a trigger for very moderate drinkers - without them realising it.
