All I can add it that we've had two suicides in my family and that subject is not taken lightly. When I was having my attacks I thought that if it kept up, I'd join the club. It's the only time I've ever thought that.
By the way, has anyone besides me heard of a Civil War General Upton? Steven Ambrose wrote a book on him. I heard him tell Brian Lamb on CSPAN that the General committed suicide because of "terrible sinus headaches." My guess is he joined the Thomas Jefferson club and had something with which we are familiar.
