I've concluded that aside from Alcohol, not much on the Diet end of the spectrum plays much of a roll in my attacks, Consistancy in your daily routine is probably the biggest factor to consider.
Sleeping the same amount of time and arising early (Not over sleeping) seems to really play into it for me, If I feel like I have to hit the snooze button(Retorical) and try to stay in bed,, it always cost me in a big way. I dont sleep much anyway but when I open my eye's from even 20 minutes of sleep I bolt straigh out of bed as not to perpetuate another unneccessary attack!
Flashing lights(Flash Photography)strong perfume odors, Mildew and changes in barometric pressure are the biggest triggers for Old Sailpappy! I eat a lot of poultry and fish and very little red meat as a overall health approach, I don't know if that has much to do with anythiong but Oh how I love the taste of Fresh Veggies ! Pappy
