Been there done that. This is what I do. Yes it`s alot of pill`s I know, but I do get a good night sleep. I take 6 Excedrin pm and 75mg`s of Elavil 20 mg`s of Valum I also am on a sleeping pill`s right now to help with my sleep it`s called Trazodone I take 1 50mg`s . I just started taking the sleeping pill. I know it sound`s like alot, but after going through NO sleep for so long it doesnt seem like so much. I need my sleep to fight these headache`s.
