Have found the same to be true at my job. This is the first episode that I have had that has caused me to miss work more than one or two days, so I have become very open about the beast to all my co-workers and find much more interest and concern than I thought I would. Have also told people about this site, and the outstanding support I have received here. Baby steps!!!
