Hi everyone.... Boy what a bad way to start the day.
The one i just had was by far the worst one i've had
in a long time.....a long time!I really dread the night.
It takes so long to fall asleep and when you do.......
well you know.It makes it real hard to keep your sanity
when you are in so much pain.Thats why i'm writing this.
It helps so much....but sometimes the pain is so bad that
nothing helps...then what? The side of my head hurts so bad
from squeezing it that it hurts even to blink.God i hope
i'm not falling back into that hole called depression.
That makes it even harder.Does anyone else battle depression
because of these?If i was a betting man i'd have to say yes.
How can you try to be happy when your in the bowels of hell!
I really need to talk....i mean actually talk to someone.
So if you want to hear a real voice for once,like i do
then send me an e-mail let me know,and i'll mail back
my home phone number or vice versa and we can talk.....please!
Somebody? I'll call you or you call me,whatever,i just need
to talk with someone who really knows.
