I became real depressed when my episode changed.
After 35 years of suffering for 1 month every 2
years, I've now had these damned things nonstop since August of 1998. I've been able to keep them "under control," but if I think about it for too long I get very anxious and depressed. In fact,
I started seeing a therapist to deal with the
anxiety and depression.
