I, like you, have suffered from episodic cluster headaches for years (18). They usually lasted 3-4 weeks. But now I think I have gone chronic. This time it is 13 weeks and no sign of it stopping.
I found a great neurologist. He has me on Depakote, 1000mg a day. I barely feel the headaches and side effects are virtually non existent.
