get over yourself? It's taken me an hour to respond - I got so teary eyed I had to regroup. These horrible headaches take so much away - important events in our life, at times our the very meaning of our sanity. The thought of disappearing I agree can sound as a solution, except for those who love you. My father suffered manic depression and chose to disappear, it only made the ones that loved him hurt more, we felt like we didn't do enough or hear or so many feelings that I can not express. The one feeling I can express is that disapprearing will not eliminate your loved ones hurt - that I can assure you of. I would give anything to have dad around and depressed than the way it is now. Children get over disappointment, and your niece and nephew will too. An aunt that takes the time that you do with them is a precious gift that will make them stronger and more family oriented as adults. They need you horrible headaches and all. Your are not hurting them with your headaches, as much as not having you would. I hope your pain eases soon.
