All three of the above produce sleep as a side effect but won't let you get into the REM phase of sleep which is when the Beast will attack. Benadryl has the added benefit of helping with the congestion, so it might be worth a try too. Nothing works for everyone, but Gravol has sure change how my husband deals with his clusters.
