The beasts best weapon is our desire to ignore him and wish he'd go away. that tendency to curl up, play turtle and bang our head against the wall. This is one enemy you have to fight with all you've got. Keep trying different combo's of the meds. The oxygen, with or without cafergot or lithium or anything else. But PROACTIVELY fight him. Seek out the alternative treatments here tha others have used. And every chance you get vent your spleen on this board about how pissed off the beast makes you and what you're doing to fight him.
