Another combo you might want to try (seems to have had some success with me and some of the folks here) is a dose of Prednisone (corticosteroid) and Verapimil. Unlike the Oxygen abortive method, these meds seem to get at the root of the problem (at the moment at least).
Good luck finding a med that helps.
