I think 85-90% capacity is great. I think I only
function at 65-70%, if I had to put a number on it.
As far as time to recoop, I always feel that I want
to lead as normal a life as possible. Otherwise,
I get even more depressed. So, for me, I just go
to work as always and do the best I can, unless
I literally can't move.
