I have a question regarding returning to normal after a CH attack.
First, my DR. states that I am a super type A personality, I can't slow down and am not happy unless I'm working. (He said he was going to hire someone to drive by my house and throw gernades on my lawn to calm me down!)
My question is, how long does it take for you to return to your job, return to what you were doing after a major attack?
I had two attacks last night, both major ones, the first lasted about 45 minutes, the second about 1 hour. After getting rid of the pain and catching my breath, I was functioning at about 85 -90% capacity.
Is this normal with the rest of you, or am I hurting myself by not allowing time to recoop and letting my body get back to a normal state?
