four a day. Then the insurance company stopped covering them and the nuroe would limit me. I spent ALOT of money on the injections but I would do it again. They work for me. But it doesn't reduce the amount of ch's I get. I WANT A CURE!! I can not take that pain for many more years! Nothing compairs. I also use o2 and am lucky it works most of the time. Then of course the dilodid at the er. We just have to keep trying till we make it. Love Paula
