I get 6-8 attacks aday.Imitrex shots work.I know your only supposed to have 2 shots in 24 hours,but I'll do a shot for everyone.I've had these headaches for 16 years.I started getting the shots 2 years ago,they saved my life.I over do the shots because I just can't bear the pain anymore.Nothing else works.When I get into a wicked cycle{6-8 aday}I take 6 percocets at one time,this sometimes breaks the cycle for 5 days.Then Iam able to save my shots up.I can't keep doing this with the pills because I get sick from so many at one time.I would rather risk a heartattack with the shots then feel the pain from hell.Does anybody out there do this many shots in aday?Plese respond.
