Hi, this is what happen to me.... every two hours and no sleep and crying and looking at the clock knowing a CH was coming in the next two hours. I got proactive started drinking lots of water and printed a copy of the meds on the left side of CH.Com then made a emergency call to the doctor and showed it to him. He put me on Verapamil, I started getting high blood pressure from taking so many shots so it was killing two birds with one stone. Verapamil is a high blood pressure med also very good for CH, it takes awhile to get into your system but it broke my cycle. PLEASE DO THIS....Suzy
