Thanks for the reply.Unfortunly I've been on that medication.It worked for awhile,then stopped.I just went for a 2 hr hike in the woods with my wife and daughter and it seemed to work a little.I did not get a attack for almost 6 hrs.I also have been drinking alot of water like you told me to do.Freash cold air seems to help.Maybe I should move to the South Pole.......!
