When I was eposidoic I could navigate pretty well except for about two weeks when I was down to 0%, but after going chronic, I did what I could, but finally ran out of steam. Have been off work since October. Since I had the surgery I've had 18 days without PAIN. That's a record. Hope to be returning to work soon. Am working some at home now, but my eyesight isn't real great right now, so have to be careful,
If you can continue going at that speed - do it, just don't let yourself get worn out and NOT rest. That's what I did and it hurt me.
