Still seem to be in an episode of my ice picks. Started last Saturday, had a reprieve of about a week, then started again Sunday night and here it is Wednesday and I'm still battling them. My plan for today is to completely double up on my Indomethacin and take the Extra Strength Tylenol if and/when any break through...I'm exhausted guys..I know how you all feel that worrying about when the next one "strikes" is the first thing you think of in the morning and the last thing you think of at night...to add to that, I was awakened at 3:30 this morning with a few more "jolts" - just as a reminder that they were still lurking.

One thing I'm trying, and for all the guys out there, please forgive me for giving this tip to the ladies who have experienced childbirth...I try to remember the pain I was in during labor and how the nurses told me to stay "ahead" of the pain - not to sink right into it..and that helped me then - and I'm trying to concentrate on that same idea now...seems to be helping both the emotional and physical struggle of these.

I only throw that out to you as a suggestion. Any other thoughts and suggestions from all of you trying to cope and stay on top of things?

Praying that the total of 150-200 mg. of Indomethacin doesn't eat my stomach during all of this..just one more thing to worry about.
