Thank god someone put a name to my pain! Hello all! I am 23 and from Minnesota, have had BAD headaches since I was in Junior high...Was given asprin and tylenol and ibprophen(sp?)---then it stopped working! Some wonderful person came out with Excedrin Migraine and that seemed to help a lot! However, I had headaches almost everday if not then everyother and was taking and taking this just to maintain feeling somewhat "normal"- if I didn't have any on me and I started feeling heavy/fuzzy headed (usually indicating there is a headache on the way) I would get sick. So my family was worried about me so I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with cluster headaches and put on a trial run of Propranolol, which is a blood pressure med (no I don't have high blood pressure)- it has been shown to help those with migraines so we tried this- and in the past 9 days I have had only 3 headaches- a BIG difference from before :) Anyways that is my LONG story!!!
