Propranolol is what I was on for years. It helped me a great deal, but I was episodic and could stop taking the drug for long periods of time. My remission has been for many years (I'm 54) and I have hopes they will never return. Lots of good information and lunacy can be found here. I suggest taking advantage of it all.
