If my questions are redundant, please ignore them...but are you seeing a nuerologist? If so get a script for 02 right away with a non-rebreather mask. The 02 is a great abortive.
I know you want help right now. I am in the same spot you are. I pace, cry, pray, inflict pain on other parts of me for distraction. Sometimes I take a burning hot shower mostly for the distraction, and because the heat helps. I wish I could help you right now. I hate you are hurting :-( Does it help knowing someone far away from you right now cares you are in so much pain? I hope so, because I do.
