I had my usual two clusters tonight. The last one was about an hour ago, it lasted almost two hours. Margi I tried your tip, I did get an extra hour sleep before the first one hit.
There has got to be something I can do, to get the pain down until I can get some imitrex.
I want something hot, when I first get a cluster. I go for the coffee pot. I can’t stop walking, when I am so tired I can no longer walk, I sit in a chair and hit my hands together, and I have bruised my hands doing this. I have to keep moving, if I stop the pain gets worst. I am so tired. I want to go back to bed, but fear it will bring on another one.
I need your help. I am running out of ways to deal with this pain.
