hang in there and like August suggested, check into getting some o2 - to go along with your imitrex. Also, until you get set with meds ... check out charlie s. post on bio-feedback a little ways down the board. I know it is allot to ask when under attack but anything that might help calm us during these miserable episodes is helpful.
