I don't know if you've tried it and it doesn't work. Some say heat helps more. But i put ice ( you can use frozen veg, corn is what i have used) on the side of the CH and one on my neck on the side of the CH and use my O2. I cannot be still sometimes either so I rock or push my head into a pillow. I know exactly what you are going through!! Hope someone has a tip for you that helps some. Good Luck and keep in touch.
