Hello. I'm relatively new to this site, and the world of CH. Can anyone tell me if you get any tenderness or soreness around your head after CH? I have my headaches over my right eye, and I usually end up the next day with very sore and tender temples and eyes. Also the area where I get my CH is usually very sore. I am not sure if the CH causes this, or if it may be a side-effect of my medications. Anyone have any insight?
