If you absolutely need relief and cant take it anymore the imatrex injections are the best. I have been using the nasal spray by imatrex this time. They say to breath slowly and in through nose and out through mouth but... I find if you take the nasal spray, hold one side and spray the nasal spray into the effected side, lean your head back so it doesnt go to the back of your throat and suck it in until your swallowing it. It tastes terrible but I have tried it their way and mine works better. Had a bad one last night and I thought it would go away with a pill, but it wouldnt and I guess it was too late for the pillto work. It lasted about 2 hours.
I am also taking Neurontin as my wife has told you all. That really seems to be making them different this time. Hope I helped you in this I hate to take the needle but will if I have to I have been saving mine for the big 9/10 also! Dave
