pills,nasal spray have never worked both imitrex and maxalt,injection is the first abortive prescription to work i just had one about a 7-8
and just let it run it's course. thought about using my last needle but wanted to see what this one was going to do on it's own only lasted about an hour or so. They are getting shorter and only 1/day everyday either morning and afternoon this is a huge improvement over my first 2 weeks 4-6 per day and they woke me up every night at 2a.m.
since i upped my verapamil to 240mg3times/day
they don't go over a 8+ and i am down to 1cluster/day even went 36hrs without one on two occassions last week not sure if the meds are doing it or if my cycle is finishing ,on wk5 now.
