seeing that im chronic for the last 25 years ive never been in better shape. every morning i do 2 pushups and 4 situps, then i jog around my house (80 feet) till i cant walk (2 times around). by the time thats over its noon, time to really work out. pop the cap on a beer and pollute the system like nobodys buisness, ya thats the ticket.
i do more by 9 pm the most people.
