I know that lidocaine is structurally similiar to cocaine (in fact, a neurologist once told me that coke was the "Beverley Hills" version of spraying lidocaine up your nose). Anyway, does anyone know if lidocaine could show a false positive for cocaine in urinalysis?
(I haven't had a UA, but it seems a good thing to know)
