I went to the guys at the lab for this one. If you have to take a pee-pee test, tell them when you last snorted the lidocaine. Per the lab tech i spoke with, it metabolizes....(think that's the word he used)...the same as cocaine and will show a positive test for cocaine. He says as long as you reveal the lidocaine and have a prescription it's no biggie. Hope it helps!
