Andrea, I have tried the Oxygen and it works. I have also tried Imitrex pills and they somewhat work. For me the best thing that I have used is Verapamil. I started it two weeks into my last cycle and two days after starting they were gone. I am also episodic and am now working down in the dosage. I was started on 480 mg. a day but am down to 240 now and feeling pretty good. For me it is good to know that at least something works and though I hope they never return, I know they will and next time I will be ready!! Good luck to you on finding what works for you!!
