There are a lot of druggies out there who make up all kinds of stories for the ER's so they can get drugs... some are ER regulars. Maybe they thought your sister was one of them. She might get a letter from her doctor explaining the CH thing and her need for Imitrex (or whatever). Might get better treatment from the ER next time.
