It feels even better when you tell someone that knows. I am a woman not a man, but I know how it feels not to want to cry when the demon comes. That scard feeling. I remember telling a doctor one time, "I think the pain is the same but I am older and my body just can not take this kind of pain any more". Its getting harder to fight. The stories I could tell ya! I also know that feeling I have to get home before it hits. I think I have figured the throwing up out. When I get real upset I throw up. I think when we get so upset when we have a cluster it can make us sick. I want you to know that all of us here have been in your shoes and we understand. The best thing is I am 46 and I made it throught evey attack. They will go away. Yea they will come back, but you found a tool to fight them with now. Read the site top to bottom, post to post. Come to chat and learn what we know. You will not only make a friend, but your going to piss that demon off when you fight him with what you find here!
