Imitrex tabs @50mg work great for me in terms of aborting the pain - 20 - 30 mins to kick in. Imitrex nasal spray does NOT work to abort or alleviate the pain with me (and that was at the high dose) - intersetingly the literature with the nasl spray says that it will only work with" migraines" and that if it does not work then one doessnt havre a migrain.
Go 0 figure?.... in the end all that matters is that it works for you.
