I think to your first question a hour to two hours is normal, there are some that have them longer. I have had a good three to four hour ones in my life time. Mine come same time everyday like clock work. Also this can be different for others I mean I have had a few that just picked their times.

I have both Clusters and Migraines, but from what I have seen on the board, its not common to have both. Todd came across a artical about Migraines and clusters, I will see if I can get him to post it. This artical he found kind of puts the two together, its intresting reading.

I have seen people in stores with small o2 bag like things you would have to call around and see what you can get.

I hope you find something that aborts your attack every time and you don't have to ride them out for the whole hour or two. Check the information here out and maybe you will find the medication that works for you.

I felt like I was going to die on most all my attacks and I had good days and bad. I was chronic so it may be different for eposidics
