I haven't posted a message for quite some time since I've been headache free. But I have been reading your posts.
Some people in Saskatchewan say that they won't go to hell when the die since they have already lived there.
They have no idea, I think all Ch sufferers know what hell is.
I'm back on my meds again, not sure if they actually do anything or if the cycle has to subside on it's own anyway. But I take them, just in case. Don't want to find out if I don't that they may have helped.
Does stress have anything to do with the beginning of a cycle. I have found my last few cycles have started about mid february, which I find an extremely stressful time. Should I start taking meds before the cycle starts, say the beginning of Feb, to hopefully beat it before it starts?
