I have stress every year but as I get older, I do not have ch every year. I did wonder the exact same thing when I would get my attacks every spring and fall. I thought it was stress and or allergies. But as I look back, I think that increased stress and anxiety are part of my prelude to a cycle. Welcome back but sorry the beast found you again.
