Responses to the questionnaire are coming in. I am saving them carefully by date and page.

I have Excel on my computer but have never used it.
Could someone who knows how to keep statistics please suggest the best page layout for recording the incoming data. Should I set this up by gender? I must admit I really do not know where to start.

If you have experience with this sort of thing at least point me to a good reference book on the subject.
