Well, first of all there is no law having our records transfered. And seeing how intrusive our medical insurance companies have become that's probably a great thing if anyone ever wants coverage again in this country. But that's almost beside your point too. You asked about having to reteach teachers in the USA? That knowledge rarely makes it to the records and is more what we teach our doctors just on the basis of them understanding. It ends up more conceptual knowledge than anything ever written down. So Asking for our medical records to be transfered wouldn't transfer the knowledge. Just, sometimes, the prescription.
