That's exactly what I take year around along with O2. 6-900 mg lithium, 360 mg verapamil,imitrex and O2 as needed. All of this stuf seems to help, but there are times when it doesn't seem to help at all. During a 9 month chronic period in 98 the imitrex would only hold the headache off for two or three hours, so like you I broke the 12 hour rule many times. My neuro is strongly opposed to any type of pain reliever, even over the counter.
Think I will look into this pain managment deal everyone is talking about next.
