sleeping problems. My wife had to wake me last night and tell me to "breathe". I asked this morning if she did that before the 1:30 headache or the 4:30 headache. She told me that it was the 1:30 one and that within 10 minutes after she woke me, I got up with the headache. I guess it is a trigger for me.
