The Melatonin level keeps us from sleep!

I need very little sleep. I can make do with a few hours for several nights running and don't sleep ordinarily much longer than 5,5-6 hours.

Reading about the circadian rythm "fault"in clusterheads, I thought they all would be short sleepers like myself. I posted about it - twice I think, but it didn't ring a bell apparently.

Now I know what I should have asked. Do you all have problems sleeping? I mean: apart from being woken up by a dragon who wants to lever out your eyeball?

I am curious. annemarie
