Irka, an unfortunate welcome to you, but glad you found site. I hope you have tried oxygen as a abortive device. I too have tried acupuncture, but the success of that was not substantiated due to reverting to preventative meds at the same time. I have tried bio-feedback also but experienced no relief, in fact a cycle started during treatment that was designed to assist with stress management. I am currently taking the herb gingko biloba as the tube sold me on the "increasing oxygen to the brain. I am expecting a cycle soon, and am hoping this will prevent it from starting. I will post my hoped for success when I am sure the cycle passed. Good luck, and many pain free days to you! Paul
