In short (as I need to go to sleep now!), your experiences are fairly similar to mine. I am now almost cluster free (in fact, no shadows or anything at all in the last two weeks) after five years of being chronic! Even if you get hit with a major attack don't lose faith! After two or three weeks of good and bad days since the initial dose, my headaches reduced in strength and frequency to the point where I now almost consider myself cluster free. I took two doses of shrooms late last September and as time goes on I suffer less and less!
