I tote my musical ability around in a bag originally designed for the transport of sub-atomic particles, but I do have a bit of a flair for public presentations.

I've been shadowing for a couple of months now, and it's two years since my last cycle, which typically hits between Feb-Apr. Today, I had to facilitate an 8 hour long seminar/workshop. So what hit me about 5 minutes before "show time"? Yup, a shadow.

I had no choice, so I just ignored it and launced into the script. For those who've never done it, facilitating a workshop is something like a cross between acting and improvisation. You have a script to work from, but every group asks different questions that you have to respond to. It's pretty intense, and takes quite a bit out of you.

Apparently, my "facilitator" personae doesn't suffer from CH, as the first chance I had a break and could think about it, I was shadow-free.

Lose yourself in the music and the Demon won't be able to find you.
KTSSU,
T
