Read anything you can get your hands on till you can find out what it is. Some sound like CH some do not of your letter. Find a good doctor. If you agree with this doc there are lots of great sites for migraines. If you find out it's cluster headaches this is the place to be. Good Luck to you. Keep looking for the answer. Paula
