seems defining Clusters. Except for the duration: a cluster lasts from 30 mins to a max of 2 hours.
Anyway I, for myself, have had clusters lasting more than 2 hours in my firsts cycles, then ...maybe.
A CAT scan will exclude sinus infections and cancer.
A good neuro is the second step.
