about the terminology cause' i think we all have our own 'name' for what you feel before of after a CH. shadows is just the feeling that you know something is lurking ..biding time till' it comes at you full force. that's about as close as i can come to a logical explanation! as for treating those, i do over the counter meds cause' i have used the imitrex spray before i had to and it actually caused a full blown long lasting Ch that responded to nothing! good luck :-)
